We will address much more than just food in our Nutrition coaching together. Let’s talk about the psychology of behavior change, motivation, overcoming emotional eating, and learning eating skills that we can take with us. We will talk 1:1 for 30-minutes every week, practicing new skills that will benefit you most according to where you are in your journey.
Not everyone has had the same life experience, nor do they have the same goals for where they want to go. That is why I will create a “start where you are” roadmap and sequence that fits you and your goals. We will talk about wins and challenges and use a personalized tracker for accountability as you go through this process.
